I treat every client the way I'd treat a family member who called me for advice. That means I tell you what I honestly think, even when it's not what you were hoping to hear, and I make sure you understand your options before you decide anything.
- I explain things. I'm a former teacher. If something doesn't make sense yet, that's on me.
- I answer fast. Real estate moves quickly, so I do too.
- I'm straight with you. I show you where my numbers come from, and I'll tell you when something is a guess.
Who I help
I work with first-time buyers, new construction buyers, sellers, and investors all over Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Polk counties, including Clermont, Groveland, Minneola, Winter Garden, Orlando, Ocoee, Kissimmee, Davenport. A lot of my clients are buying vacation rentals near Disney and the Orlando parks, so I spend a lot of time on short-term rental questions.
Why this site
Most real estate websites stop at the basics. The questions that really matter come later, when you're about to make an offer, list your home, or buy an investment. This is where I answer those, the same way I would over coffee.
